FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are FRT triggers legal?

FRT triggers operate in semi-automatic mode — each trigger pull fires one round. They are legal in most US states. However, firearm accessory laws vary by state and municipality. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your area before purchasing. We do not ship to states where FRT triggers are explicitly prohibited by law.

How hard is it to install an FRT trigger?

FRT triggers are designed for drop-in installation with no permanent modification. The Glock FRT V2 installs in about 10 minutes. The AR-15 FRT-15 takes 15-20 minutes. Both require only basic tools (punch set, hammer). Detailed instructions and video links are included with every trigger.

What Glock models are compatible?

The FRT V2 is compatible with standard-frame Glock pistols chambered in 9mm, including the Glock 17, 19, 26, and 34. Some aftermarket frames may require minor fitting. Contact us if you are unsure about compatibility with your specific model.

What is the difference between an FRT and a binary trigger?

A forced reset trigger mechanically resets the trigger forward after each shot, allowing faster follow-up pulls while maintaining semi-auto operation. A binary trigger fires one round on the trigger pull and a second round on the trigger release. Both are legal semi-automatic trigger systems, but they operate on different mechanical principles.
